As a Designer, I have used this site, and the name Piecemaker Design, as place to showcase various projects since somewhere around 1999-2000. I have worked for various Agencies and Companies, both large and small. I am currently, happily employed as an Art Director at AKQA.

I have done work for a good variety of clients, and continue to service both small and large, international brands at my position with AKQA. As an Independent Designer, I'm most interested in working on projects for smaller, Music and Arts related clients. The majority of my professional career has been spent working in the Interactive medium, so naturally, I find myself most interested in Printed work when I am at home. I'm usually a bit reluctant to take on freelance work, but if you are interested, please feel free to contact me, as I am always opened to new things.

I have been working on music under the name Brownstone Megaphone since late 2005/early 2006, and am currently in the process of completing my first full length LP. My music would be best fit in the category of Experimental Electronic music (whatever that means). I find that I am influenced by a vast range of music, probably most notably the styles of 1970's krautrock/psychedelic rock, early 90's cut and paste Hip-Hop, and ambient electronic music. I don't usually like listing influences like this, it feels a bit contrived and like, self-defining... but I guess you can use those influences as a point of reference... I don't know.

2007 was possibly the most productive year that I have had to date... 2008 excites me.
